Job Title: Program Coordinator/Contract Management Specialist

Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements):
· Work with the Manager to develop and maintain contract templates, standard operating procedures, and best practices to streamline the contract management process.
· Review contract documents and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
· Work closely with vendors on bid submission and completion of all required contract award documents and forms.
· Serve as point of contact for select vendors who respond to issued RFR (request for response) for goods and services, internal stakeholders and external parties regarding contract-related matters.
· Working with supervisor, manage vendor relationships, resolving issues and ensuring vendors meet contractual obligations.
· Maintain the integrity of procurement file(s) and related documents, ensuring accurate record keeping and version control.
· Track contract milestones, deadlines and obligations to ensure timely execution and compliance
